Shipping & Returns


We here at Signature Beauty LLC stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within thirty (30) days of purchase. Your returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation email. Shipping costs paid on your order will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the merchandise for a refund. Please call (855-426-7765) to obtain proper return address, prior to shipping merchandise.


Purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card used to place the order. For your security, there are no exceptions to this policy.


If any of the products received in your order are damaged or deemed defective, please give us a call at (855-426-7765) to discuss obtaining a replacement.



Orders received Monday through Friday before 3:30pm EST will be processed and shipped that day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Orders received on National Holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.


Shipping to Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska only. Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.


All shipping rates are non-refundable once order has shipped. Shipping is calculated based on weight of package, distance traveled and shipping method selected at checkout. Refer to UPS website for guidelines and guarantees on delivery methods.
